For agencies
Automating annual enrollment drug plan reviews
Every fall the same work returns: collect medicines, price plans, get clients enrolled. The volume is what breaks agencies, and almost all of it can run without a person typing.
1. Replace the review call with one send
Upload the book once and every client receives a personal secure page. Delivery, opens, and completions are tracked per agent, so nobody chases a list of names by hand.
2. Stop typing medicines entirely
Clients and staff drop in a phone photo, pharmacy printout, spreadsheet, or pasted notes. Names, strengths, and directions are extracted into a short list a person confirms in under a minute.
3. Price every local plan at once
Each list is scored against the official Part D plan and formulary data for that county, at preferred retail, standard retail, and mail order pharmacies.
4. Let the client finish the enrollment
Results go to the client and the agent at the same time with a green button that opens the recommended plan on Medicare.gov, so agents spend their calls only on clients who ask for help.
5. Run the season from one board
A shared client book, review queue, nudge list, and saved comparisons keep the whole team working from the same pipeline instead of separate spreadsheets.
Where the wage savings come from
- Manual reviews typically take 20 to 30 minutes of staff time per client, mostly drug entry and pharmacy checks.
- Automated intake leaves a single confirmation step measured in seconds per client.
- A book of 2,400 reviews is hundreds of staff hours of difference across one enrollment season.
- Seasonal overtime and temporary data-entry help stop being the plan for handling volume.
Time figures are illustrative examples of the two workflows, not a guarantee of results.
